2010 MWSS Schedule
The 2010 MWSS Schedule is as follows... April 24-25: The Mychron Grand Prix of South Bend at MRP of South Bend, IN. This event will be a joint event with MRP's Club. With the WKA Manufacturer's Cup at MRP the following week, this will serve as the final tune up for many National racers and should see fields deep with talent. May 15-16: The Grand Prix of Dousman at Badger Raceway in Dousman, WI. Badger Kart Club hosts this annual event on our calendar and the locals always turn out heavy, which makes for some great racing on a tight technical track. Bonus points event.
July 3-4: The KartLift Grand Prix of Road America at Elkhart Lake, WI. The historic Road America facility will host the MWSS again this year, but with a twist, on Indepenence Day. Elkhart Lake is a great place to spend the holiday weekend with fireworks on the lake and many activities for the whole family. This event is also one of the few chances for National drivers to tune up for the WKA Manufacturer's Cup race the following week. July 24-25: The New Castle Grand Prix at New Castle, IN. Once again, the 1.2 mile sprint track at New Castle Motorsports part will play host to a big event, but this time it will be a joint MWSS/GLSS event. A regional shootout and the biggest track on the circuit, not to mention the WKA Man Cup event is just around the corner. Expect well over 300 entries for this event which is guaranteed to feature deep fields and competition second to none. August 21-22: The EMJ Metals Grand Prix of Norway at Norway, IL. The always popular Concept Haulers Motor Speedway will round out the 2010 MWSS Schedule. Bonus points event. The 2010 MWSS season looks to be action packed with some new twists in our venues as well as some twists to our class structure. Stay tuned for the class lineup!
