Two of WKA’s oldest and most prestigious regional sprint series have recently forged a deal bringing them together for a blockbuster event at one of the nation’s most popular karting facilities.  The Midwest Sprint Series and the Great Lakes Sprint Series are proud to announce this one-of-a-kind event, taking place July 23-25, 2010 at New Castle Motorsports Park.

•         Bringing no exception to the typical divisional forum, this event will host divisional regulars, new and veteran club racers and national runners.
•         Providing a key tune-up opportunity for the upcoming Gold Cup or Manufacturer’s Cup races, scheduled for the weeks following this event.  
•         Awarding transfer points as a WKA Divisional points race for WKA Gold Cup and Manufacturer’s Cup competitors.  
•         Guaranteeing good racing all the way around with over 300 entries anticipated, at standard low divisional entry fees of just $50/class (pre-entry).  
•         Showcasing key industry sponsors like MKP, Russell Karting Specialties, MG Tires, ShowHauler and many more.
•         Promising competitive yet fair racing, GLSS and MWSS will each contribute a Race Director to the program as the event will be jointly run by both series.
